About Pioneer Strategies

Pioneer Strategies is a public relations agency that does business in southeastern North Carolina and the Research Triangle Park region. The firm provides businesses, associations, non-profits and other organizations with strategic public relations counsel and marketing communication management and services.

Frank Williams, a native of Brunswick County, N.C. and 1993 graduate of the North Carolina State University Department of Communication,  founded Pioneer Strategies in August 2001.

Since its inception, Pioneer Strategies has worked with more than 80 clients throughout North Carolina.  Pioneer’s diverse client list includes information technology firms, commercial real estate developers, residential real estate agents, financial services firms, magazine publishers, local governments, non-profit organizations, law firms, auto dealers, political candidates, golf coaches, authors, public speakers, executive coaches and document imaging companies.

The firm’s work has been recognized by both the Sir Walter Raleigh Awards for Excellence in Communication and the MarCom Creative Awards.
