Our Digital Strategy Process

During this phase we will gain an in-depth understanding of your organization’s personality, situation, vision and strategic goals. We’ll study your website, the websites of competing organizations, and websites that have features you like and don’t like. We’ll meet with key members of your team and other key stakeholders to listen and learn about your strategy and goals. We’ll ask questions to help us gain the understanding needed to design a website that is built to achieve your marketing communication goals. The research and discovery phase provides a solid foundation for a thoughtful web design that is focused on your goals and which upholds your brand reputation and standards.

The implementation and design phase is where the rubber meets the road. During this phase, our team will develop mock-ups and designs for your review and approval. We will establish a communication protocol and reporting schedule to keep you informed while making effective use of your time. Internally, our team uses the Teamwork project management system. We will create a detailed project plan in Teamwork that outlines milestones, tasks and deadlines and use the Teamwork system to manage details and stay on task. Our team also holds regular internal meetings to discuss accounts and ensure that we stay on track.

Websites are like living and breathing entities- in other words, they're never really finished. We will continually review the design strategy throughout the process and, with your approval, make adjustments and tweaks as needed. After the website goes live, we will provide options for ongoing content updates and maintenance.
