Pioneer Strategies’ president, Frank Williams, will speak on public relations strategies and tools during a breakout session at the N.C. Alliance for Public Charter Schools’ inaugural conference on Monday, July 12 at the Sheraton Raleigh.

The breakout session begins at 10:30 a.m.
