“It was an honor to speak at an event that I attended many years ago as a student,” said Williams. “It was important that this speech focus on something tangible and useful for students who are preparing to leave college and enter the professional world. I offered a number of simple, practical tips based on my own experience and observations throughout my career. None of the suggestions I offered are rocket science, but they can make a difference for young professionals entering the workforce.”
